Once you receive an e-mail confirmation that your order is sent along with the tracking number, please follow the progress of your shipment at all times to ensure your availability at the shipping address when your order is being delivered by the courier.

If it’s very important that you receive an order by a specific date, we suggest using the Express Delivery option. In case your order is delayed, we kindly ask you to contact our support.

When postal system experiences high volumes of deliveries, such as during the holidays, you may experience delays in receiving your order. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself.

If Velosock, llc. accidentally sent you an incorrect item or order is lost on the way to you, Velosock, llc. takes full responsibility and will ship out your order again as soon as possible! Please make sure to double-check the provided information to Velosock llc. Velosock llc. accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. After sending a fulfilment order e-mail, shipping address cannot be changed and you are held responsible to contact the respective courier company and arrange a repeated delivery or self pick up.

Velosock llc. holds the right to charge additional charges in the case of changing delivery address if the order has already been shipped out.

In the event of refusing to accept your order or if the courier company fails to deliver your order due to being unable to reach you and your order is returned back to Velosock, llc., Velosock, llc. reserves the right to ask the customer to cover return shipping expenses for the amount equal to that determined by the respective courier company.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Velosock, llc. for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:

     1.   A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within thirty (30) days of delivery date. To request an RMA, write to support@velosock.com

     2.   Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging.

     3.   All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return.

* Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Velosock, llc. determines that.

If you wish to exchange to another item (e.g. a different design), please notify our customer service team at support@velosock.com. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and additional shipping charges can be applied to sending out the exchanged item (shipping charges vary according to the selected method of delivery).

If you return Product to Velosock, Ilc. (a) without an RMA request or (b) without all parts included in the original package, Velosock llc. retains the right to either refuse returns that do not comply with conditions (a) or (b) or refuse replacement or refund.

A refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method within two (2) weeks after receiving your return and once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check.

If the returned item has clear signs of use, Velosock, llc. reserves the right to issue a partial refund by deducting an amount equal to the damage.

    If you've changed your mind about an order you've just made, you can request that it's canceled within an hour of your purchase as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service team at support@velosock.com. If your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to cancel your order – but once you receive your item you can follow our Returns Policy.

Your Velosock is machine-washable. Please set the water temperature to 30 - 40° C (80-100° F) or less. Wash with similar colours. If the Velosock is very dirty, pre-washing with soap under running water is recommended.
