2. HOW TO FIT A VELOSOCK BIKE COVER?

Even your grandma can fit it on a bike all by herself! It's made of the stretchiest fabric in the market – with no zippers, clips or fasteners to get stuck on bicycle parts. Super easy!

1. Place the front wheel of your bike inside the VELOSOCK®
2. Place your foot inside the VELOSOCK®. With the aid of your foot, pull the sock back, up and around the pedals and the back wheel.
3. With your hands gently pull the VELOSOCK® over the back wheel.

3. HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY COVER WILL FIT?

6. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME?

In the unlikely event of you not receiving the order when scheduled or if your order is missing, please contact our customer service team at info@velosock.com immediately, and we will do our best to put things back on track as soon as possible!

7. DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM DESIGNS?

Sure, we do! Custom designs can be made for an additional fee.

Please contact us for more details at info@velosock.com, we'd be happy to help you out with any design ideas!

Some things you should know about custom designs: 

  • Custom-designed products must be paid for in advance.
  • Once we discuss what you are looking for, a pattern/ design will be made by our designer and we'll email it to you for your approval. Please note, once you have approved the design and work has begun, no changes can be made.
  • Custom-made items are non-refundable.

 

8. HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY VELOSOCK PRODUCTS?

Your Velosock is machine-washable. Please set the water temperature to 30 - 40° C (80-100° F) or less. Wash with similar colours. If the Velosock is very dirty, pre-washing with soap under running water is recommended.
