EXPECTATIONS
- B2B sales experience in Active Sports industry related company
- Excellent business communication and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in working with clients and deal-making
- Pro-active, empathetic, highly motivated, and self-confident person
- Improvement-oriented leader striving for constant development
- Excellent English skills (both verbal and written)
- German knowledge will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to go on business trips
- Experience in working on exhibitions
- Proven track records of successfully completed deals
- Ability to conduct a basic market’s analysis, as well as a product’s competitive analysis
- Ability to indicate strengths and weaknesses in Company’s existing product range
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance of flawless process oversight for all aspects of the sales’ cycle from the first meetings and demonstrations till building long-term relationships with clients
- Close collaboration with marketing and sales team
- Increasing of sales and distribution within existing customer base and by onboarding of the new customers
- Control of customer’s payments and account receivables management
- Active expansion of clients’ base
- Usage of our sales’ tools to guarantee team’s efficiency and it’s interactions
- Participation in international exhibitions and professional events, travelling abroad during a year (on any continent / to any country)
- Preparations of agreements
- Organization of commercial offers
- Maintenance of accounting records
